It's not just our corporate offices that are jam-packed with passionate environmentalists working hard to make the world a better place.

We have an amazing team of field representatives all across the country working for us on our various outreach campaigns on a part-time basis. It's a great opportunity for people to make tangible, measureable results not only in their own community, but on a national or regional scale. The field team is an integral part of our program success, and we are always looking for more energetic and passionate individuals to join the team.

Can it benefit my long term career goals?
Many of our field team members are looking for some environmental experience, and Summerhill can provide the entry level experience necessary to get your foot in the door. Some field team members have even moved on to join our very own Summerhill corporate team. Others simply want to be part of something bigger outside of their regular Monday to Friday jobs. Some of our part-time field representatives have even gone on to work as full-time permanent employees for the Summerhill team.

What does a Field Representative do?
Working mainly from our retail partner locations across the country, the field reps educate consumers on the better choices that are available to them. The field representative role is mainly comprised of educational outreach and dialogue, but on occasion requires some heavy lifting as well when we do our e-waste or appliance take back programs. We are looking for effective communicators who enjoy engaging consumers, enjoy working independently, and enjoy the challenge of changing consumer behavior.
