Institutional Review Board (IRB) Services offers the ethical review of research and related services. IRB Services purchases 1-2 tonnes of carbon offsets from Summerhill Carbon for every project submitted through their RED online submission system. IRB is working to cut their paper usage, document delivery impact, and shrink their carbon footprint through a combination of reduction and offsetting measures. Customers that choose conventional document submission, as opposed to the electronic option, can also elect to offset their submission document copying and delivery by purchasing a tonne of offsets.
