Corporate Structure

Summerhill’s operating structure is composed of a number of business entities, including for-profit, not-for-profit and charitable organizations united under a common vision. In order to maintain transparency and independence, each of the organizations are governed by an independent Board of Directors. The organization is connected through a unique membership model.

While led by independent boards, Summerhill, Summerhill Impact and Summerhill Foundation share membership and operations are governed through a comprehensive fixed management agreement.
