Summerhill Foundation is committed to fostering environmental leadership and positive long-term change by supporting continual improvement and learning.

Our education and outreach initiatives:

• Provide Canadians with the information they need to allow them to substantially reduce or eliminate their greenhouse gas emissions
• Nurture and train a new generation of environmental leaders through internships and workshops
• Encourage excellence in environmental studies by providing bursaries and awards to students
• Conduct research and disseminate results on topics related to environmental sustainability and better consumer choices

Internship Programs and Scholarships

The Summerhill Foundation is committed to fostering leadership and positive change. We believe in continual improvement and learning.

If you are:

1. Volunteering or working to help Canadians reduce or eliminate greenhouse gas emissions; or
2. Studying in the field of environmental studies, ecology or resource management.

We want to help! The Summerhill Foundation will be offering a limited number of internship positions, and scholarships, to the environmental leaders of tomorrow. We will begin the process for the 2010-2011 education year in June 2010.

Eligibility requirements and selection criteria will be posted closer to the application date.
