During the Summer of 2008, program representatives toured 18 public events, festivals, and high traffic venues within Veridian’s licensed distribution service area and reached over 97,000 event attendees in the communities of Ajax, Belleville, Bowmanville, Gravenhurst, Pickering, Port Perry, and Uxbridge.

On behalf of our utility client, Veridian Connections, Summerhill hired, trained, and equipped a team of field representatives who were focused on providing the utility with a positive corporate presence in 7 key communities.  Our field reps also gathered valuable market data in order to inform the utility’s customer engagement strategies moving forward.

Program participants were engaged in discussions on energy conservation, allowing them the opportunity to ask questions and voice their concerns.  Veridian customers were also encouraged to participate in a variety of energy conservation programs as well as to sign up for a newly available e-billing service.
