Free specialty CFLs and in-store discounts for Toronto Hydro customers
40,000 specialty CFLs were distributed to Toronto residents along with discounts on additional CFLs and power bars with timers.
Our utility client, Toronto Hydro, attained a conservation demand management reduction of more than 1,500 kilowatts and 1.5 million kilowatt hours.
Our retail partners for this program were The Home Depot Canada and Canadian Tire, both of whom observed increased category sales during the events.
Program participants were introduced to new energy saving products and activities as well as having the opportunity to save money with a free light bulb and significant discounts on other efficient products.
